The tower has a total of 50,693 meters square, of which 30,000 are in offices, technical facilities 3210, 8132 of services, including an auditorium, and parking 9132.
Officially opened by the kings of Spain on 16 September 2005 at a cost of 130 million euros.
The building is owned by investment group Azurelau who acquired in mid-2007 after disburse an amount not made public to its previous owner: Property Layetana.
The main tenant of the tower is a Spanish multinational group Agbar, which has its headquarters in the same plant and which have a right to purchase the tower that could run in 2009. Agbar leased all the 35 floors of the building but held only 25, spending the rest of them to the car. Among the companies operating in the tower are writing to Barcelona's free daily, owned by Metro.
