ALLOWANCES
The customer agrees to indemnify Bcn2rent.com, its affiliates and suppliers and its employees and agents against any claims, actions, demands, fines, damages or other damages or expenses including legal and accounting expenses caused by the customer or their agents or third persons resulting from a breach of this agreement or for violating any laws or rights of others as a result of misuse of this website by the client.

CHECK-IN / OUT:

THEFT

"We do not accept reservations for people who will engage in illicit activities or invite ladies s pet during the stay in the apartment.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUSE OF LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ABANDONMENT OR APARTMENT IMMEDIATELY, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT RIGHT TO RETURN OF ANY AMOUNT:
- RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALL BY THE POLICE OR ANY PART OF NEIGHBOR NOISE OR DISCOMFORT FROM THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OF ITS OCCUPANTS.
- DO NOT COMPLY WITH GOOD LIVING TOGETHER IN THE BUILDING: NOISE, TALKING OUT LOUD, USE THE ELEVATOR, THE USE OF COMMON AREA OF THE STAIRS AND ENTRANCE LOBBY ANNOYING ATTITUDE OR THROUGH OR IMMORAL window or balcony to the outside DEL APARTMENT.
